The future of padel in Los Angeles is bright, and we are excited to see your community continue to grow.
Thank you again to everyone who joined us to celebrate this special day. See you on the courts soon! 🙌🏽
Amazing turnout at our Economic Outlook Forum. Thank you to everyone who joined us for an engaging and impactful evening.
The evening opened with a keynote from Erikk Aldridge of the @la28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, highlighting the long-term opportunities the Games present for economic growth, workforce development, and community impact across the region.
A dynamic panel followed, representing five of Culver City’s core industries: entertainment, commercial real estate, retail, restaurants, and hospitality.
Panelists included Denise Gutches of FilmLA, Darrel Menthe @dtculvercity , Danielle Goller of @culverhotel , Jim Jacobsen @redcarltd , and Emily Weber of @urw_group
The conversation balanced optimism with reality. While @culvercitygov remains a strong business and cultural hub, topics like post-pandemic recovery, labor challenges, global conflicts, tariffs, and broader economic uncertainty were all part of the discussion.
A clear theme emerged: adaptability and collaboration will be key. From reimagining retail to navigating shifts in entertainment and maintaining vibrant hospitality spaces, staying agile will define success.
Closing remarks from Adam Troy tied these insights back to the city’s economic health, reinforcing how local business activity supports essential services and infrastructure across the community.
Culver City continues to stand out with its walkability, accessibility, parks, restaurants, entertainment, and overall sense of place. All contributing to an environment where businesses, employees, and visitors want to be. Continued progress will depend on strong leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and forward-thinking strategies.
A special thank you to our partners who helped elevate the experience: @brieezybites for the beautiful grazing table, @topshelfdollz for serving up delicious drinks, and @elevatepremiumtequila for being a valued drink sponsor.

These small businesses are what truly drive Culver City by creating jobs, building community connections, supporting local initiatives, and contributing to the vibrant culture that makes our city unique.

Small businesses help keep Culver City running. Shop local!
Culver City’s thriving business landscape is fueled by a diverse mix of industries, including entertainment, technology, hospitality, retail, creative services, and professional services. While globally recognized companies have a presence here, it is our local small business community that keeps our neighborhoods active, welcoming, and connected.
Every coffee shop, boutique, restaurant, fitness studio, agency, and locally owned business contributes to the character and economic vitality of our city.
Supporting small businesses means supporting local jobs, entrepreneurship, and the continued growth of our community.
The Culver City Chamber remains committed to supporting and advocating for our local business community through networking opportunities, educational programs, business resources, promotional support, and community partnerships.
We encourage everyone to continue shopping local, dining local, and supporting the small businesses that make Culver City such a dynamic place to live, work, and do business.
